Governor's Recommendations 2025-26

This issue adjusts the agencies' share of Human Resources Outsourcing appropriations to align the budget authority
granted with the assessments that must be paid by each agency to the Department of Management Services for human resource
management services.  These adjustments are made in accordance with the rates provided in Specific Appropriation 2947 in
the Fiscal Year 2024-25 General Appropriations Act (Chapter 2024-231, Laws of Florida) and Section 48 of Chapter
2024-228, Laws of Florida (Implementing Bill).
